Refund & Return Policy
You have seven days from the time you get your item to request a return under our seven-day return policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
You can get in touch with us at Supremeshilajit@gmail.com to begin a return. Please be aware that returns must be submitted to Dogar’s Market, Riverview Road Sonikote Gilgit, Pakistan.
In the event that your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won’t accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like customized orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like cosmetics) are some examples of the items that cannot be returned. Gases, volatile liquids, and hazardous goods are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, do get in touch.
Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Despite the aforementioned, if the product is being delivered to a country in the European Union, you have a 14-day window in which to cancel or return your order for any reason. As said previously, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the same condition as you received it. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. Within 10 business days if accepted, your initial payment method will instantly be returned. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
