Supreme Shilajit Affiliate Program

By joining the Supreme Shilajit Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your responsibilities and rewards as an affiliate.

1. Registration in the Program

• To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process and be approved by our team.
• Supreme Shilajit maintains the authority to approve or reject any application at its own decision.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting Supreme Shilajit products in an ethical, truthful, and legally compliant manner. This includes providing accurate product information and following applicable advertising restrictions.
• Affiliates are prohibited from using spam emails or unsolicited messages to market products, make false or exaggerated claims regarding products or engage in acts that may impair Supreme Shilajit’s reputation, such as false promotions.
• Affiliates must follow all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines in their jurisdiction.

3. Affiliate Links

• When affiliates register, they will receive a unique affiliate link. This link identifies clients recommended by the affiliate.
• It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure proper use of the provided link.
• Supreme Shilajit is not responsible for commissions lost as a result of incorrect link usage or technical errors beyond its control.

4. Commissions

• Affiliates get a 4% reward on successful sales made through their referral link.
• Purchases made by the affiliate, fraudulent transactions, and orders with incomplete payment will not be eligible for commissions.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed on the 5th of every month for commissions earned in the previous month.
• Commissions will be paid only when total earnings reach [Rs. 10000].
• Payments will be made using PayPal, or an alternative method. Affiliates must enter appropriate payment information upon registration and update it as needed.
• Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying all necessary taxes on their earnings following their jurisdiction. Supreme Shilajit does not deduct taxes unless required by law.

6. Termination of Agreement

• Supreme Shilajit reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation with or without notice if they violate the terms and conditions.
• Affiliates may cancel the participation by submitting Supreme Shilajit with written notification.
• Once terminated, affiliates will no longer have access to their tracking link, and no commissions will be earned.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Supreme Shilajit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, profits, or data, resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
• Supreme Shilajit cannot guarantee continuous access to its platform due to technological challenges that may emerge from time to time.

8. Confidentiality

• Affiliates commit to protecting the privacy of any sensitive information supplied as part of the program, such as marketing plans, commission schedules, and sales data.
• Affiliates must not share this information with third parties without Supreme Shilajit’s explicit consent.

9. Modification of Terms

• Supreme Shilajit retains the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be advised of significant changes by email or through the affiliate site. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
